Grayshott Social Club held a Race Night on Saturday 28th October 2006 and auctioned the horses for the final race in aid of Cancer Research, in support of the Scout leaders who had their hair cut earlier in the day. 

£500 was raised for the charity, including the winner's prize which he generously donated.
