Each year the Bohunt School Prom starts with an arrival scene like the Oscars, as the students arrive in their transports of delight - stretched limos, fire engines, exotic sports cars, and walk up the red carpet with cameras flashing all around. Repeating last year's simple idea - the arrivals were filmed and a DVD was made. Additional still images were given by staff and students, and over 90 copies were bought by students (and their parents) at £5 each.

The organisers, Barri Archer, Sheila Smilie and Jenny Philo present a cheque for £750 to Ruth Holden, the local committee chairman. The event was held at the Branksome Conference Centre, Hindhead Road, Haslemere on 29th April 2006.
